3. Name & description of  dolls/photos.
    

4. Type of medium or material used to create the dolls or works of art.
    

5. Any number of digital photos which combined, do not exceed 500 Kb.  Please reduce quality or size of pictures if they exceed 500 Kb.  Photos may be sent as attachments. If you need assistance with this, please don't hesitate to contact us.
    

6. Whatever else you wish to submit like a website address if you have one, a picture of yourself,  what you love to create, etc.
    

Note: Work submitted must be entirely fabricated by the artist(s) from start to finish without the use of (preexisting) molds or dolls from another artist.  Props, clothing and accessories need not be fabricated by the artist.
